Diecutters with stripping and separation:

• Size 82 x 113 cm (3 machines)

• Size 102 x 142 cm (1 machine)

• From ca. 70 grams paper to ca. 2000 grams,

• Duplex or massive carton up to 3 mm,

• Corrugated board up to 5 mm

Efficient handling

Efficient handling is very important for customer and supplier. Thanks to our CAD CAM system we can offer you an optimum sheet grouping. Thereby we take into consideration the paper sizes of your printing press and the relevant printing details known at that very moment. Think of the printing aerea, the front- and sidelays etc. If the information about printing is not yet known we base ourselves on printing reaching to the end of the sheet. The products to be diecut cannot be placed against each other and we have to work with blank interspaces. The stripping of waste is done as automatically as possible. In the delivery we separate completely the products which do not need an extra treatment, so that time-consuming re-stacking by hand is not necessary.
